A refrigeration bench that comes to the kitchen
This is a small independent service working on built-in refrigeration in Needham and the towns around it. It is not a general appliance company that also takes fridge calls: columns, over-unders, undercounter drawers, wine cabinets and ice machines are the centre of the book, with Wolf cooking equipment from the same manufacturer alongside it.
The reason for the narrowness is practical. Sealed-system work, defrost behaviour and panelled-door hardware reward doing the same kind of job repeatedly, and a cabinet that has been read correctly on the first visit rarely needs a second.

The model number and a plain description
The plate is usually inside the fresh food compartment on the upper left wall, or behind the base grille. With the model and a description of what the cabinet is doing, most of the likely causes are already narrowed before anyone leaves.

Readings taken in your kitchen
Base grille off, condenser condition and temperature rise, evaporator fan and defrost behaviour, door seal and hinge tension, control board reporting. Numbers written down, not impressions.

A price before anything comes apart
Parts and labour as one figure, with the $95 already deducted. If the honest answer is that the cabinet is not worth the repair, that is the answer you get.
