Water was dripping down into the compartment below instead of into the bin. The fill tube had shifted out of line and was spraying past the mould. Realigned and clipped properly, dry ever since.

The bin emptied slowly and never refilled, which we blamed on the children for a fortnight. The fill valve had partly seized so the mould never took enough water. Valve replaced, line flushed, and he ran three full cycles with me watching before calling it done.

Long driveway, big kitchen, and an ice machine that gave up in the middle of August humidity. The condenser was completely furred over, so the unit overheated and shut itself down before finishing a cycle. He cleaned it thoroughly, then tested for a full hour before signing off.
